Yesterday I completed as much of the first panel as made sense. Still have some filler for the bottom where the flowers are coming up but I want to wait until both panels are together to do that, as it will help with visual consistency. Much as I want to put together the Bird panel, the next step will be to clear off my layout table and finish the critters. It’s cold and wet today so any forge work will be good.
Eileen Rapsey stopped by and took a photo of me clamping the last leaf onto the frame. I was going to post it but she shared via Facebook Messenger and it’s very coy about downloading to my personal computer.
