First lamb dropped a couple days ahead of “schedule”. I was mostly ready but didn’t have my birthing kit (scissors, iodine, latex gloves) gathered into the paint cup I use to transport around the barn. Usual business of getting the post lambing pens (called jugs) ready for business. Two down, five ewes to go.
Installed the new roller cams but no joy.
After consultation with David, having a look at the spool valve. We are working our way up the expense chain. If it’s not the spool valve it will have to be the main air cylinder that’s not working properly.
Refined the drawings of the critters for the panels and will be cutting and shaping them this week while the big hammer is still down. Rather cheery to see them taking shape.
