Bird Panel

I’d already made most of the components for the second panel so was hoping that it would go together quickly. 3-5 days was the estimate. Always takes a bit longer than I want to admit. Magical thinking are us. Took off yesterday to attend the Maritime Blacksmith’s AGM at the New Ross Historical Farm (in NS). Great to catch up with folks and attend the memorial for two worthy smiths who passed away since last we were together. Anyway, this afternoon and evening I’m going to do most of the remaining assembly and cleanup in anticipation of painting. Still saving the animals for last and expecting to install the job on Thursday. Wish me luck.

Starting to lay out the bits.
Need to make some more flower leaves.
This is about how the bits will end up. Flower stems need major adjustment and that will affect their leaf layout and that will affect how the grasses end up………and so on.
